how to fit belt on crusader autodry ct30v?

i have got a replacement drive belt,can fit it around drum but cant see how to get it around the motor & drum as belt is very tight

i found it easier to glue in a patched bit of belt. wrap it around the drum but not on the pully below. glue using super glue with activator spray to make an instand bond. then when set after a few seconds lever it over the pullley at the bottom
