Simac Stirella SX7500 Dual. Can spare parts be obtained easily? Is it likely o be expensive so as to make it not worth doing? Iron is just 2 years old.

For problems with Simac products, I would recommend visiting www.delonghi-accessories.com. Delonghi is the parent company of Simac, and that site is run by a US distributor and lists Simac products, along with contact numbers for support.

If you speak Italian, you could also try www.simac-vetrella.com, that looks like Simac's main website.
