my WIDL126 waher dryer has 2 hour light on left hand side should it be on?

i have an indesit washer dryer widl126 it is saying delay on the left hand side 2 hours,should this light be on as the mashine wont wash it spins and dryer works and the first program i put it on it filled and stoped
