my babyliss hair straighteners have stoped working and i know its not the fuse and i know its someing to with the plug the promblem is i can not undo the plug to try and fix them ?, can you help ?

It will be a moulded plug that you cant open...cut the wire and put a new plug on. Bet the fault isn't there though.....

Firstly, try the straighteners in another room and check if they work. Are you sure it's not the fuse? How did you test the fuse? The plug should have a screw in the middle that you can unscrew to check the fuse and wires..if it does not have a screw then it is a moulded on plug and you will need to cut the wires and fit a new plug, paste the text below in your browser this will help you fit a plug safely
