philips 42 plasma green led but no power on screen?

the tv would not turn off. but now it clicks when pluged in but after 30 sec it clicks again but no power and led is staying green. if you press the remote the led just dims but returns bright green and still appears dead.

Hi Ray,it sounds like you have either a bad power supply or a shorted y sustain board.Both are expensive repairs,about $400.
