How can i fix my pacific it asks for a key?

My pacific tv brought from asda used to work fine. now you turn it on. its got a black screen and asks for a key. ??? only the numbers work. it only seems to want 3 numbers. any ideas im all out

press the pp button 3 times as the tv is locked. this will get you in. you need to go into the menus then and unset the lock option on function
