how to fix my renalut megane s reg overheating prob?

my renault megane s Reg is getting over heated and also some cream color greese is there on engine oil column cap.

i've had this trouble on three diffrent occasions,(1)head gasket had blown (2) callapsed exhaust muffler(3)water pump bearing gone, replacing these solved all three.
