Does anybody know how to change the time on a Renault Traffic Sport 2009?

Due to the hour going back I need to reset the clock in my Renault Traffic van 09 plate. Can anybody help me out with that please?!

Im having the same problem. The manual says there are two buttons to change the hours and minutes, i cant find them.
