how to clean rubber door seal on my indesit 1200?

rubber door seal has black stains which i can not remove using the normal cleaners on my indesit 1200 washer

Stains are one thing...bacterial growth is another. Try a mixture of chlorine & hot water, give it a good old clean. Once a month run a 90C program (obviously without clothes in there) & add a little chlorine.
