How do I GET RID OF THE PROBLEM?

I receive emails but can't send them out. I GUESS that I had a problem with an email that I received that has been considered as SPAM. I do not think I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THE BLOOK

Are you using Outlook or a web based mail client?

Are your smtp settings OK?

Check with your provider what the setting should be and how to check them.

If you expect to use a PC please take some time to understand it.
