My white knight condenser is not collecting water?

Hi, can anyone advise what i need to do to fix my White Knight condenser dryer. When it is drying, instead of condensing the water into the filling bottle, it is just leaking the water all over the floor. What is the problem and how is it fixed?????

there is a pump at the back.if they fail water leaks.need to remove back panel completely to gain access.
