how to replace water pump on 99 3.1L chevy lumina?

can the water pump be replaced by it self or the whole front of the motor have to come off because water is dripping from behind the pully

3.1 engine has a very easy water pump replacement
Take serp belt off an remove 7 10 mm bolts holding it on and replace water pump .......very simple operation
