The front wheels on my mother's lawnmower are locking up making it difficult to use. Don't know if she needs just a new wheel, or if it's something else making the wheels lock up. Any help would be appreciated. Itmis a Yardmachine by MTD and has high wheels in back

There is a cover you can take off in front and adjust belt for this problem ..........might just have trash in it like mine had
