I'm upto my ankles in muck, can't vacuum the carpets' even the dog won't come into the lounge now ! I need help please. can anyone help me find a part for my proaction VC9230S-4 vacuum ? all I can find is bags, belts & brushes ! the part I ineed is a bit more technical. were the motor spindle comes through the side of the housing (the belt attaches to this spindle) there is a round plastic type shroud that holds the spindle in place THAT IS THE PART I NEED can anyone help me with this ? if not i'll have to find a new wife who owns her own vacuum ! many thanks, Chris
