Creda Sensair Electronic Eco Dry Series DRYER?

The Creda Sensair Electronic Eco Dry Series clothes Dryer heats up but the drum does not turn. Is this a belt problem and if so where can I buy a new belt? Also, seeing that this dryer is made in the UK can I get this repaired in the U.S.
