DC07 Dyson loss of suction?

I have suction from the top but not from the bottom. Sometimes the rollers work and sometimes not. What is wrong?

the clear plastic hose on the rear of the pickup brush could be split or even popped off it's mounting .
check if your model has a clutch this can be turned ON or OFF position.
check the filters are clear
