How can I fix my HP Business Inkjet 2800?

HP Business Inkjet 2800. The printer has been in storage for a few months and then given to me. I have installed new printheads and cartridges, but I get no ink on the page when printing. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium, downloaded driver for the printer.
