Cam Belt?

How difficult is it to replace a Cam Belt on a 2004 Citroen Picasso 1.8 16V. 1 top cam belt cover fixing bolt looks quite difficult to get out because it points directly at 2 air con pipes and the cover is also very close to these pipes.
