I have a hotpoint aquarius TVM 560 6kg which has stopped heating. is there a reset button and if so where thanks

I don't think it makes much sense to have a reset button on a washing machine -if a user pressed reset half way through a wash there would be soapy water and wet laundry to dispose of - the end of the programme is the only worthwhile reset...

If the water stays cold the chances are that the heating element is broken.
