Hi, I have a Sansui rear projector Television (4312) and have recently had it 'repaired' as there was full sound and no picture. The chap replaced an entire module and left with the image showing a nasty curve at the bottom of the screen. promising to come back with information on how you return to the factory setting using the remote.
Can anyone advise me how I can get back to the factory settings myself?

If you are in the UK, this person hasd not carried out the repair competently and so you have a claim on him or her.
