hitachi c28w510sn-311 wide screen television ,on start up severe oscilation on screen untill timebases lock.then a vertical band about 2" from the right appears.simultaneously the teletext on analogue tv stops working.this vertical band dissapears randomly and then all is well untill the band reappears when teletext again stops working.
