How can I connect my Logik DTV to Panasonic surround sound?

I have a Logik LCD TV which provides analogue and Digital TV. I can connect to my panasonic surround sound system via the analogue broadcast but despite numerous attempts using different connection options the DTV will not play through the surround sound. Please can you advise
