how do i remove or reset an immobilizer on a peugeot trekker 100cc?

how do i remove or reset an imobilizer on a peugeot trekker 100cc dissconnected batttery and when reconnected it just shows a flashing led.

do you have the red key.if so this will reset the immobiliser.also check the battery voltage ,to low and it wont work
