Fix Maytag dryer, model # (P) MDE9206AYW?

Dryer will not run....There is 220 Volts to the back of the dryer but every thing is dead....How do I get to the thermal fuse? Any suggestions are appreciated......Thanks P.S. I moved the dryer and switched the hinges so the door opens opposite way.....
