I HAVE A 2003 TOSHIBA ANALOG TELEVISION,WHEN TURNED ON THE VOLUME WILL MOVE UP AND DOWN THE SCALE BY ITSELF,ALSO THE CHANNELS WILL DO THE SAME THING!THE REMOTE WILL NOT WORK AND I HAVE TO UNPLUG TO TURN IT OFF.THE MAIN POWER SWITCH WILL NOT WORK,HOWEVER THE PICTURE AND SOUND DO COME ON IT JUST KEEPS CHANGEING CAN YOU HELP ?.

check the control switches, one of the switches is bad or defective. Example the volume control switch or one of the channel button switch. Replace or take out completely.
