I've got a Rattle coming from the front drivers side of my 2000 Vectra 1.8?

Does anyone know of a common problem on Vauxhall Vectra's that makes an annoying rattle from the front drivers side (under the bonet it would appear?) the rattle speeds up as the revs go up if that helps?

It sounds like your hydrolic tappets are making the noise. Check your oil level properly. If it is dangerously low then top it up but do not overfill. Run your engine for 10 mins, let the engine cool and check oil again. If this dosent help then e-mail me and I will tell you about other vectra problems.
