what is your level of tv repair? you can go to www.hwsams.com and order a photofacts about 35.dollars inc tax. open up the back and blow the dust out then look over the board very slowly for burn areas ,open fuses, burn resistors. if you see a burn resistor there will be a open capacitor near it. caps bulge on top and leak acid like a aa battery cell.
