How to fix LCD read out on Dash !?

I wish to know how to fix the problem off low lit LCD display on my Citroen Xsara Picasso . It is the right hand side where you adjust the time and date etc . Thx Steve .

change the bulbs its easy there is 9 bulbs best change them all prise off black facia there is 2 tork screws take them out and all dash comes out
