I've had my Aqualisa Aquastream for 10yrsd now and it started to make this grinding/whiring noise, it's pretty loud, does anyone know what this is and what part i need to replace.

I have exactly the same problem. I think it's probably the pump, but I'm not 100%. You may find the noise stops and the water pressure stops.Hence I think the pump may be the cause. For parts have a look at www.shower-spares.co.uk
