I'm not really sure what you mean by your question.
I guess that you have lost a lot of personal data from your hard disk. (Rather than memory which is something else again.)
I am afraid that if you have done a full reset to factory settings then there is a good chance that you have actually deleted all your personal data. (Not locked it up.) That is the reason that one is always advised to back it all up beforehand.
You can get programs to recover data but in this case I suspect that it will be a long task and you won't get much, if any, of it back
