Rear wiper motor replacement?

Car is Peugeot 206sw 2002.
My rear wiper has stopped. Fuse is OK. I want to remove the cover and check whether I am getting power to the motor and also check the parking switch. I have removed a single screw from the plastic cover but the cover is not coming off (easily). How do I get it off?
