how to retune phillips digital tv?

i still cant re tune my phillips digital tv it only give me the option to add channels from the menu withov finding any channels

I hope you have more luck than me......I've a Philips DW6834/25 digital tv that got all the digital channels before the switch over, but now I cant get half of the ones I used to. I have lost all the BBC channels. I live just a few miles from the transmitter and can see it from my house. I have retunned manytimes and have a good signal, but still cant get the pre switch over channels back. I've email Philips and they tell me to get a diggie box which I've now got.....but it still bugs me that I have a digital tv that cant pick up all the channels.....I have other digital tvs that work perfectly off the same aerial/splitter....on the front cover of the booklet it says "LETS MAKE THINGS BETTER" hu!
