My simpson 605 shows error E1, E2, and E3 doesn't do full cycles....

It means that the pressure sensor on the circuit board has lost it's normal calibration. Not something you can repair yourself. Some circuit boards can't be re calibrated outside of the factory even by a tech. In those cases it means a new control board.
