I had to read you question several times but I am still not sure what you are asking so here's a guess
If you are asking whether one can connect a Sky Set Top box and a Topup TV Set Top box to the same TV then answer is yes - as long as the TV has enough connectors: e.g. SCART or HDMI. You then select which box to view by choosing the appropriate input e.g AV1, AV2, HDMI1, etc
