my tv kept blowing with a 1.50 fuse?

The risk is fire - you do right by pulling the plug - if it bursts into flames while you are watching it be sure you are able to reach the plug - avoid the temptation to throw water over the set. Do not go to bed or leave the house with the plug left in else the house may burn down. Consider having it repaired or throwing it away.

Unless of course it Should have a 3A fuse in it - does the user guide say anything of interest about fusing?
