F11 is a problem with either your motor(s) or the circuit board, usually a blown fuse on the board. F7 Is an open circuit fault, meaning there is probably a loose wire somewhere inside the machine. You will most likely need an engineer. Dyson charge a flat fee of £95 to fix the problem.
