i had same problem so checked the outlet hose. if its too low you get syphoning. the water going into the machine just keeps coming out so the detergent does not get washed off clothes. with this washer having sensors that keep rinsing till all detergent is gone it gets stuck in a neverending cycle. i attached one of those plastic hooks to the end of the outlet hose and its been working perfectly ever since. also try to do a couple of washes a week on 60deg to kill any bacteria that will leave mould or smells. hope this helps
