I pressed an unknown button on my philips flat tv & can no linger get digit?

I pressed a wron button on my philips flat tv & can no longer get digital or freeview. Just chanels one to five. how can I fix it please?

Thanks to any interested parties. I switched it off & on with the remote control; no joy.
I switched it off from the mains & when I switched it on again freeview was back.
Hope all of your problems are as easily solved
