Bought spare key from looksmith want to program it to work on my vauxall zafira 03 model any suggestions. Thanks

Has to be done using dealer-level diagnostics ( though lots of independent workshops have the equipment) such as tech 2, vaux-com etc.
You will also need the "car pass" card to get the security codes.
