for some reason my pc wont show my digicam.
i evan tryed to reinstall the disk and tryed find new hardware wizard, no new software changes,tryed system restore,evan cheacked the usb's are working can any one help
p.s before all i did was insert to usb and camra and scanner wizard used to display for me to upload now nothing,please help got important images to transfere. thanks

have you uninstalled all the other software for the other camera?????
if not it will still be looking for it so it will not reckonise the new one

Sounds silly but the camera needs to be switched on before the PC will see it. Second look in in Widows Explorer for 'Removable Media'.
