you take the sleve around the handbrake off and move the coin holder. there are two nuts on a thread , adjust them while the handbrake is off or down. if this doesent work then you need to adjust the rear handbrake shoes on the rear discs thru the small viewing hole. there is a cog that needs turning to tighten the brakes just until thay touch as you spin the disc
