yamaha jog r running problems?

05 plate jog r runs and revs ok, but when you try and pull away the revs die unless you ease of the throttle? can any one help.

05 jog starts ok as soon as u pull of it dies no power,my son did use petrol from old can since then wont run any clues

the airfilters fall off the back of the carbs on these mopeds.also they dont like expansion chambers unless you have rollers in it less than 4 grams
