my chi straighteners on/off switch wont move..how can i fix it??

the switch that i use to turn on my chi wont move any more so i just cant turn it on...can i send it somewhere to get fixed maybe??

the same thing just happened to mine Monday - i havent forced it b/c a friend of mines switch broke off. It will work if i hold it down but when i'm using it i cant.. what did you do about yours??
