vectra Di wont start after sitting?

My vectra Di wont start after been sat for over 30 mins had the fuel lines replaced. but still no start when left sitting only coughs on the key

try the injector seals...they are prone to perishing and let air into fuel system

It could be a number of reasons, does the starter start up full of life or sluggish? Also I guess that you have ruled out the battery as your problem? Could you e-mail me the answers?
