Renualt Laguna rear central seatbelt jammed?

The seatbelt has jammed in a retracted position tight! I can't see how you take the seat apart to get to problem.

Give the seat back a good thump to make sure it is properly secured in the upright position. If it is not locked back on the brackets the seat belt will not release.
