I have a Sears Kenmore Elite Calypso washer which has
had several items disappear after washing. I opened the back but found the tub was surrounded with a heavy clear plastic ?

Can anyone offer some free advice as to how to lift the entire lid/ top so that I may remove any items which may have gone over the top edge of the tub?
