How can I backup my hidden Tiny Recovery Partition?

I have a Tiny PC. These come with all the software pre-installed. Hidden in a special hidden partition is some sort of image file which contains an "out of the factory" image of the system. Tiny supply a Recovery CD which allows you to restore this partition if you need to repair your system (or roll it back to its "out of the factory" state.)

I would like to make a backup of the hidden Tiny Recovery Partition. I can't access it. It doesn't appear as a normal partition. The Recovery CD is designed to use this partition, but it seems it does not reveal it.

Is there a tool I can use to expose this partition so that I can make a safety copy of it?

Use a program called Norton Ghost to backup the hidden partition
