wet sparkplugs?

i have a renault scenic 2lt 16v 2000
has anyone experienced water inside one of the coil chambers ifso how have they stopped it!!!!!!
its only firing on three cilinders so im havin alot of juddering,rev counter wont idle at 7.5 keeps droppin below 5 so alot of shakin.
