MIRA event manual?

How do I remove the front cover from a MIRA event shower to reset the pump thermal switch. Do I need a special tool to release the temperature/flow knobs?

The knobs just pull off - they are keyed in - so you cannot put them back incorrectly.
Underneath the knob is a screw - this allows the front cover to be removed.
As to where the switch is - can you let me know when you find it please?
