Stopped working with the snow. Motor makes a noise and wipers move up only 3-4 inches and tehn get stuck. Can manually wipe across. Is it a fuse? Have tightened the bolts, but still nothing.
exactly same problem with my convertable \c3. \i took it to the repairer he said it can not be the viper motor as he could still move the vipers manually and has to be the motions bars broken under the cover.
